I was looking through the Anna Maria Horner blog during the week and spotted the
tutorial for making these pincushions.I don't know how I didn't see it before. They are sooooo cutie.

I made these. Pity I could not take nicer photographs because they really are so much sweeter in reality.

They were a simple ,fun little project and can be made from scraps. I am planning on making a few more too. They would make lovely pressies too.

I am going to link up to a few blogs today....amy lous, simply designing and lush friday here on my blog.
I love them, Andrea! I especially love the little polka-dots. It adds to the sweetness of the design.
ReplyDeleteAlas, I have not sewn this week. Hopiing to use my machine this weekend, and looking forward to hopping around your LushStuff party. Thanks for sharing. Happy Friday and Happy Sewing! :o)

ReplyDeleteVery cute! I am always looking for ways to use my scraps. These are just lovely.
ReplyDeleteadoreable! I'll have to check that tutorial out, you always have the neatest/cutest stuff!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope I'm first on your Christmas pressie list!!!!!! These are really gorgeous! X
ReplyDeleteThey're beautiful. And, I'm so glad to hear your report that they're simple to make. I had looked at the tutorial before but it looked so fussie I didn't want to mess with it. But, maybe I'll give it a try now.
ReplyDeleteI love those pincushions too. I have made a few and posted them on my blog. I guess I was surprised that the pincushion was so big...because the photo makes them look small. I think if I made them again, I would make them half the size because I like my pincushions small! Good job! Love the polka dots!
ReplyDeleteThose pin cushions are adorable! They would make lovely little gifts for the upcoming holidays. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteReally cute! My guild has a pin cushion swap coming up, I might have to make one. Thanks for the link!
